Primordial Sound Meditation (PSM)
10AM-3PM 5hrs. Audience: Those that are interested in learning a powerful meditation and developing a steady home practice.
Get connected with your true self and create your own path to wellness without breaking the bank or traveling to the unknown. Join us for a special day-long meditation retreat. You will learn how to meditate using the effective Primordial Sound Meditation technique with a community of like-minded people and in a plant filled oasis with a cozy studio. During this retreat you will be fully supported as you embark on this life-changing spiritual journey.
Take the Primordial Sound Meditation course and receive your personal mantra in a private ceremony.
Go deeper into PSM by learning techniques that help you perfect your practice and develop a strong Sadhana (home practice).
Learn how to activate and recognize the higher states of consciousness that can be attained with consistent PSM practice.
Feel 100% supported as you start your PSM practice. You will be able to share and ask questions about meditation and address anything that may come up during meditation. We will practice together and share our experiences.

Unwind with a relaxing restorative yoga class
Experience the vibrations of the bija mantras that makes up your PSM mantra by ending the retreat with a Tibetan sound bowl meditation.

Introduction to Ayurveda
3 hrs. Audience: This mini-retreat is open to individuals of all experience levels
Ayurveda is translated as "the science of life. Before medicine there was Ayurveda. The sages of India developed Ayurveda, which continues to be one of the world’s most sophisticated and effective total health systems—highlighting the symbiotic nature of our physical health and our emotions, stresses, and the state of our relationships.
Ayurveda teaches us that the most powerful tool we have for healing is our own body, mind, and spirit. Take action and be a part of your own healing process. In this mini-retreat you will be introduced to this complete healing system and receive personalized tools and practices that can be used to create health on a daily basis, using your innate healing abilities and power.
What to Expect:
Discover Your Unique Mind-Body Type: In Ayurveda each person has what is called a dosha which is your unique mind-body type. It serves as a blueprint to your personality, habits, natural tendencies and insights into what it takes to bring you into harmony with the seasons.
Ayurveda Lunch: Make a Buddha Bowl based on your dosha and preferred taste. Learn about the 6 taste of Ayurveda and the role they play is satisfying your appetite.
Group Discussion & Personalized Plan: Receive an Ayurveda personalized TVD-Total Health Plan and let’s talk Ayurveda.
Breath work and Movement: Breathe and move freely based on your dosha.
Closing Meditation and Gratitude: Conclude the day with a soul-soothing meditation designed to leave you feeling centered, balanced, and grateful for the journey you've undertaken. Express gratitude for the shared experience and the positive energy cultivated throughout the workshop.
By the end of the retreat you will be able to re-enter your life renewed and with a fresh perspective and outlook on your health. Journals, essential oils, incense, spritzers, clean blankets and eye pillows are some of the things we may use to help you relax into your day of self-care.
