Reset w/ Breathwork, Yoga & Meditation
Step into a sanctuary of calm and rejuvenation with our Restorative Yoga, Breathwork and Meditation workshop, designed to release stress and cultivate a deep sense of inner peace. You’ll be guided through gentle, supported postures and mindful breathing techniques and meditation to help reset your nervous system, relax the mind, and restore energy.
We’ll begin with grounding breathwork to center the mind and relax the body, creating a foundation for our restorative yoga practice. Using props such as bolsters, blankets, and blocks, we’ll move through a series of supported poses, allowing the body to relax fully and melt into stillness. This combination of gentle movement and intentional breath allows your body to enter a state of complete rest and renewal for the final meditation practice which supports better sleep, improved focus, and a lighter spirit. Organic Tea and Snacks Included.
Level: No prior yoga experience is necessary, all levels are welcome. 2 hrs.

Sound Meditation for The Soul
This Sound Meditation Workshop offers a unique opportunity to explore the power of sound and vibration. Participants will be guided through meditative exercises using various sound tools, such as singing bowls, gongs, and chimes. By immersing in soothing frequencies, attendees can experience relaxation, heightened awareness, and inner peace. The workshop aims to provide a sanctuary from daily distractions, allowing individuals to reconnect with their inner selves and find balance and harmony. Whether seasoned or new to meditation, this workshop promises a transformative and rejuvenating experience.

Planting With Purpose (Seasonal)
Grab your loved ones and join our plant-lover's workshop. Begin by centering with meditation and mantra. Then we connect with the earth, feel the soil, the roots, and foliage of your plant, and plant your intention in the easy-care 4qt. pot. In this workshop you will learn important tips on how to care for your plant before it moves into its new home.
Afterwards, enjoy an organic, vegetarian seasonal soup or salad in our tea room or garden. Complete the 2-hour workshop by packing up your plant and taking it home.
